One of the most recognized retailers in Canada, Canadian Tire, reached out to Array for a creative strategy to improve the shopping experience for their in-store wiper blade brand, Reflex.
The Array team got to work by redesigning the Reflex packaging and getting rid of confusing jargon to help consumers easily find the wiper blades they needed. Further, Array revamped the merchandising to be placed in Canadian Tire’s almost 500 stores, keeping customers in mind during the entire process. By conducting focus groups, the Array team was then able to tweak packaging based on the results to make the experience even more user-friendly.
Since the completion of the Reflex brand redesign, Array has partnered with Canadian Tire again to work on other projects!
