Eric Rich
Principal
Over 20+ years of brand strategy and consumer marketing experience for world-class products companies. Eric believes that "the brand" is a living organism comprised of all consumer touch-points and that web is an essential tool for the brand success. He needs more sleep.

Ian Marin
Managing Partner
Possesses "Superman-like" abilities to manage large complex projects. Ian is the creative team leader, motivator and wrangler of design folk. Mortals would fold under the pressure, nut Ian always finds a way to get it done. When not saving the design world, he is an overprotective father of nine – yes NINE.
Our Story
In 2004, after more than a decade of shaping brands at Newell Rubbermaid (now Newell Brands), Eric took a leap of faith and founded what is now Array Creative—right from his basement. His goal was to create an agency that not only built great brands but also allowed him to spend more quality time with his family. Today, Eric continues to drive brand strategy and creative direction, ensuring every project is rooted in purpose and innovation.
In the early 2000s, Eric hired Ian at Rubbermaid Home Products. Their professional paths would cross again in 2007 when Ian joined Array, embracing the challenge of helping grow the agency. Now, as managing partner, Ian oversees studio operations, keeping the creative process running smoothly.
Nearly two decades later, our passion for building brands with purpose remains as strong as ever.
